Inspired

I was inspired by the 60's make-up from Dolly Parton and also Adele. I played around with makeup today and really got excited with the shading and the cat "wing" and here was my result.
I like to use a really thin angled brush to create the wing. Okay so I have another picture that I took after I took off the little extra wings and I had to touch up because I'm horribly broken out. Then I started playing with the color changes. Don't ask how I did it because I have no clue. I just played with the "dials" until it came out how I liked it.
Enjoy my 60's inspired look. Although I think my hair should be teased to go with this make-up.

Hello Dolly

I love this quote by Dolly Parton. I was thinking today about all the rain we had this weekend and there is no way to get a rainbow without rain.
Speaking of Dolly, this is one of my favorite movies. If you haven't seen it, I would call this movie a classic. The theme song for this movie is great too.
I love this picture of Dolly in the 1960's. Her make-up is gorgeous in this picture and as you can tell this style is coming back, thanks to women like Adele!
Here's Adele on the cover of Vogue.
I really love the dark crease and the really light shadowed lid along with a very dark smooth liner that comes out to a cat eye. Gorgeous!
