Painting My Nails

I started realizing how expensive it was to go get my nails done. They do such a great job, but they paint only stays on my nails for 2 days before it starts chipping. I'm not a huge fan of acrylics and the new lacquer polish is nice, but that gets expensive too. I've also always wanted long nails...but I've come to realize it is just NOT in the cards (or is it stars) for me. I've started buying myself polishes that way I can still make my short nails pretty.

My newest purchase was 2 more Butter London's. I don't know why I like this brand I just do. Maybe it's the packaging, or maybe I'm just coo-coo for anything British.

These two lovely ladies are Rosie Lee (Left) and Macbeth (Right)

Macbeth for me is just a classic color and I love it, it's not too red and it's not too summery....at least for my lighter skin complexion.

I'm still a little on the fence about the Rosie Lee, I love the color, but I'm not sure about the sparkliness of it. I tried it this week and I couldn't find my topcoat to put on top, which would smooth out the top. I haven't tried to use nail polish remover yet to see how easily it comes off, but I know using the sparkle nail polish is more difficult to remove.

Have I talked enough about Nail Polish?? :)

I'm really not reviewing this, this is just what I like and what I'm into at the moment.

I can't wait for fall, I love the darker colors of fall and I'm really interested in getting a pumpkin color for fall...you know to go along with my Pumpkin Spiced Lattes. Yum!

My Californianess is craving the coastal fog. I need a cool day! :)
